Taylor comes to WELA with a background in education. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Purdue University and has taught multiple grade levels, with 2nd grade being most recent. Taylor spent several years as a teacher’s aide at Purdue Village Preschool while studying in college. She understands how crucial education is in the early years of child development. She is excited to oversee the program, mentor new teachers, and witness growth in each child.

Amy is thrilled to be part of a team that shares her dedication to providing high-quality childcare. Amy has 15 years experience in a preschool setting which includes management, teaching, and marketing. Amy has also guided programs through the process of achieving high rankings with state wide childcare rating systems. She looks forward to working with families to ensure that each child receives the individual attention and care they need to thrive. Amy feels grateful to be part of the vibrant community in Winamac and is excited to contribute to its growth and success!

Erica comes to WELA with 13 years of experience in childcare. 6 of those years she was lead teacher and then was promoted to office manager for 4 years at 1 of 9 family owned and operated childcare facilities in Phoenix Arizona area. She was also a nanny for multiple different families and loved working with the families on a personal level. Family brought Erica to Winamac and she cant wait to bring her passion and years of experience in childcare to WELA
